When using this website or any AANT Club related products you agree to the following terms to resolve any and all disputes through our arbitration clause and class action waiver. This means you waive any right to have those disputes decided by a jury or judge. This also means that you waive your right to be apart of representative action, class actions and arbitrations.

AANT Club spaces are public areas where sellers can interact with one another in the community. Sellers and users who use any of the community spaces must be over 18 years of age. Our goal is to ensure that the community continues to be a place of joint care and happiness, we wish to stay safe and respect one another through joint kindness, you agree to comply with the following policies in all community spaces:

1-Do not write harmful or degrading things to anyone or post it in a public common areas of the site.

2-Do not use common space to discuss interactions with any AANT Club representatives or scare conversations no matter the form of emails, DM, calls, and any other form of communication.

3-Respect other that way you wish to be respected and treated do not make public personal information, transactions, or conversations that took place.

4-Always be honest and clear about who you are and your intentions. Using a fake identity will result in termination of the use of this site and other (Services).

5-Do not use the common areas to discourage another sellers product, store or listing or AANT Club representative.

6-Do not violate one another’s store, products, business.

7-Please do not use community spaces to harass other sellers, don’t post content in community spaces that may encourage, support or promote hatred, misinformation, or that would be in violation of AANT Club policies.

8-We do not encourage or promote discrimination of one another, publishing or posting threats of violence against others or promote or support others to engage in violence or illegal activity will result in an automatic termination of your membership and may result in the involvement of the police.

9-Don't use community tools or spaces to interfere with another seller’s business.

10-Do not spam or spam others with duplicate posts or unsolicited links to your shop, fundraisers, surveys, social media or other promotional content. We are all sharing the same space, please be kind to one another. Community space{Forums} is a public space where sellers can gather with other sellers to discuss their AANT Club businesses and ideas. By using AANT Club webiste, you acknowledge and agree that: 1. Your role is to help us create a safe haven for sellers to learn from one another and grow with one another community wise. 2. Your membership help us build a safe place of valuable knowledge and experiences that are available to everyone through authenticity. 3. Understand that messaging is the lowest form communication so don’t take anything personal. If you are not sure lead with kind words and make it clear that you are asking for clarity before reacting. 4. Your posts will stay on topic and appropriate. Off topic posts may be removed at anytime the AANT Club feels it is inappropriate or may be a disturbance to other users. 5. Your posts in the community forum are permanent and can be viewed in various places including your User Profile or when it has details of members talking about improving a community or project (unless they are removed by AANT Club). 6. Your posts should be helpful, humble, and encouraging when voicing criticism or misunderstanding. Know that everyone has their own was of coming to a conclusion even if they don’t take the same route so treat others as if they were you family members. 7. Do not under any circumstances target, insult, harass, troll, degrade, argue, or call out other members or AANT Club representatives. Keep in mind what you wish to be done unto you make it your mission to do unto others. 8. You will respect others’ opinions and report content responsibly. Flagging posts is reserved for content that specifically violates AANT Club policies. 9. AANT Club reserves the right to remove content from the Forums at any time for any reason. 10.
